The position of Technology Leader includes responsibilities for Research & Development, Quality Control and Application support for the entire product range of Inventec in the USA and Canada (solder paste, precision cleaning, coatings and other electronics assembly products).
The role reports to the CEO of the USA operations and is performed in collaboration with a global R&D team. The position offers opportunities for multi-functional involvement in an entrepreneurial environment, and for professional and personal growth in a global company.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:
Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or equivalent level of fundamental knowledge
2-4 years of experience in a similar field / position. Experience in solder paste or precision cleaning is not a requirement, but the candidate would ideally have experience in other specialty chemicals industries with similar formulations materials and processes (ex: Paint industry, cosmetics industry).
